Enjoy the mentholated taste of Martine’s Oak Honey.
This very rare honey is extracted in July in the oak woods of the Communes of Sainte-Maxime (Var). Its harvest is very different from that of flower honey, because the oak has no nectar. The bees collect the honeydew secreted by the aphids, which they then deposit on the oaks.
It is the richest honey in trace elements and helps to fight against respiratory diseases.
