Martine Chestnut Honey is delicious in pastries and perfectly complements meat and cheese.

Our beehives and French bees are transported to the foot of chestnut trees near Ajoux, where this variety of honey is harvested in June.

Chestnut tree honey is appreciated for its richness in trace elements and polyphenols. These micro-nutrients give it a stimulating action on the immune system and blood circulation. It is historically used to fight against heavy legs, haemorrhoids and varicose veins. This richness in micronutrients also enables it to help treat wounds and pimples linked to acne for example.
